Create an original garden flag by carving your own design, or one of your lovely calligraphy words (like "Love, Peace, Kindness, Family. etc.), then print and sew them together. Voila! You will be so proud. We'll be using Speedy Carve and block printing ink, while visiting in my very shady garden backyard. The best part is, you can have access to everyone else's design blocks to mix and match, so there will be no need to be jealous of your neighbor's design-we'll collaborate for synergy.
Be pondering your special theme, practice your lettering, and come prepared with your own special graphic. This is a quick project, and we'll probably be finished before the temperatures climb. You can choose between carving a 4 inch block or a 6 inch block, and if you're quick, you can make more than one. So fun! These make great gifts!
